Club Achieve
is a privilege for those students who are willing to work and receive help after
school. Staffed by teachers, volunteers and high school tutors, students are expected
to work quietly on homework or on projects that do not disturb others.
Further, attendance
and participation with Club Achieve is seen as a commitment on the part of
the student and the parent. We urge you to take responsibility for your child’s
academic success. Please encourage them to demonstrate good study habits by using
Club Achieve wisely.
Club Achieve's
Policy for disruptive students:
- They will be asked
to leave the the Club early. Please be prepared to ensure that your child has alternate
ways of getting home, if they are asked to leave.
- If your child
is asked to leave CA, they will be given a Club Achieve Homework Center referral. This
must be signed and returned the following day.
- Your child will
not be admitted back into the Club without this signed form.
You may access
the Club Achieverk Center directly at 377-2532 (ext. 340), between 3:00 and 4:00
p.m., and we will be happy to let you know if your child is in the Club on that day. Please encourage regular attendance for success!
